Disabled Access & Parking
The disabled ramp is located next to McDonalds to allow access to the Upper Deck/Boardwalk restaurants.
Our disabled parking spaces are located on the ground floor of the MSCP (East & West Ends). There are additional spaces located on Level 6, connecting the overhead walkway to the Boardwalk restaurants.
Lifts
We provide customer lifts to access the Upper Deck/Boardwalk restaurants and Lower Deck/Mermaid Walk shops.
Visual Aid
Our accessibility statement and general enquiries contact details are available in audio files. Additionally, layout and signage at Brighton Marina is designed with suitable colour coding to assist our partially sighted visitors.
For visitors with hearing impairments, we provide a fixed hearing induction loop at the counter in the Brighton Marina Security & Information Centre.
