Our dedicated team of SIA licensed officers deliver a friendly and informative service to everyone. Our officers are looked after by the Estate Security Manager and also a Sussex Police Special Constable. Together we therefore provide a wealth of centre information and are on hand to assist with helpful advice.

Our team are situated on The Boardwalk, in front of West Quay in a a purpose built control room manned 24/7 365 days a year.

We offer the following services:-

– Information Service
– Lost & Found Property
– Security Advice and Assistance

All of our officers are SIA dual badged, holding the Door Supervisor badge along with the Public Space CCTV licence. Additionally, all of our officers are First Aid at Work trained as well as defibrillator trained. Our control room includes defibrillator facilities. Finally we also have an NVQ2 trained offer in customer service.

Our security team pride themselves on being professional, courteous and friendly, ensuring that the site is a pleasant environment for all of our visitors, partners and residents.
